What is a Case Notification?
Case notifications were introduced at the beginning of January 2012. We use cases internally to track requests, problems, and other non-billable items. Opening a case ensures that an issue will be followed through to resolution, as open cases are reviewed regularly by management.
When a new case is created, an initial New Case Notification is sent to the customer. If you have received a case number, you may rest assured that your issue is being reviewed and will be handled expediently. If you ever have a question regarding a case, you may reply via email to the case notification, or you may call our office at (310) 327-4475 and give the case number to the representative you speak with.
As the case is updated, additional notifications may be sent out along the way to keep you informed of the status of the issue. Upon completion, a Case Resolved notification with the final details will be emailed. No more wondering about whether your request was taken care of or not.
There are several ways to open a case:
- A customer may call, email, or speak directly with any WCGM, Inc. representative and make the request.
- An email may be sent to support@wcgminc.com and a case will be automatically opened.
- A written request may be mailed to our address at 500 Carson Plaza Dr., # 104, Carson, CA 90746.
- The request may be faxed to us at (310) 327-4149.
The following are examples of issues we may create a case for:
- Certificate of insurance request
- Billing or other accounting related issues
- Landscape related issues or complaints
- Non-billable irrigation requests, such as adjusting a controller, or a warranty issue
- Accidents or injuries
Our goal here at WCGM, Inc. is to provide exceptional customer service. We believe that part of providing great service is keeping customers informed. If you have any questions or comments regarding this feature, please contact us by email at info@wcgminc.com or by phone at (310) 327-4475.
